Pole Dolls Studio Policy

When booking a class at Pole Dolls you agree to comply with the studio's policy. The policy is in place to ensure we maintain a safe space that is welcoming for everybody. 

Safety at Pole Dolls 

• Please comply with any safety requirements your instructor gives you. 
• No students teaching other students.
• Always use a mat when you are attempting a new trick or if you are not completely comfortable or confident executing certain tricks, 
• It is your responsibility to ensure you use a mat when required. 
• If you are attempting a new trick please speak with your instructor who will spot you accordingly.  

Behaviour at Pole Dolls 

• Please ensure you are conscientious when speaking with others and be kind with your words. 
• Pole Dolls is an empowering space and we want everybody to be able to express themselves authentically without judgement. 
• We have a zero tolerance policy for discriminatory behaviour based on an individual’s (self) identity. Any form of abusive, disrespectful or discriminatory behaviour will result in your removal and inability to continue attending classes at Soul Pole Dolls  Dance & Fitness Studio. No exceptions.
• Alcoholic beverages or use is prohibited in the studio. If any      instructor suspects a student to be inebriated (drunk), the instructor has      the right to remove student from the class.
• If any student is behaving in a way that may cause a potential injury to self or others, the instruction has the right to remove student  from class.
• Please do not engage in phone conversations or lengthy text      messages while the instructor is directing a class.
• Please do not wear any oils or lotions to POLE class. 

Timeliness 

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your class.
• Doors will lock within 15 minutes of class start time. We reserve the right to not allow anyone that arrives late to enter the studio and join class. No exceptions. DO NOT BE LATE!
• If you anticipate being late to class, please send a text to your instructor or directly to the studio’s line at 07460667000. It is at the discrepancy of the instructor to allow you to participate in class.
• No passes will be credited or reimbursed for absence or lateness. No exceptions.

FILMING & PHOTOS

• If you do not want to be filmed please state this when completing your start up form. 
• If you do not wish to be filmed during a particular class please let the instructor know at the start of the class. 

 CANCELLATIONS 

• You are required to provide 24hours notice is you wish to cancel a class or 121. 
• There are no monetary refunds offered for cancelled or no-shows to classes. Absolutely no exceptions.
• If you wish to cancel a class and rearrange you will need to log on to your account and change the booking yourself within 24hours. 

REFUNDS

• There are no monetary refunds for classes, workshops or other special event cancellations or no shows. No exceptions.
• If you cancel within the 24 hour cancellation period, you can us the credit to rebook a class. There are no monetary refunds.
